Overview

The problem with the current booking is that every new booking is seen as a "new client" by the system which bogs down the database. It also creates an extra step for the Careteam as they have to double check

Finding the Problem

The goal for this booking and onboard redesign is to be able to clean the database. Improve User workflow and

  1. Improve client's experience by being able to have information saved for their next booking.

Goals

User Interviews

To understand the problem we have with the current flow of the booking form, I decided to interviews the users that are using the booking form to better gain an understanding of their needs. I extracted the one prominent quote from each user group

User Flows

We then decided that we needed to map out the current booking form so that we can have a better idea of the pain points that the users made. That was we have a visualization of what we are dealing with.
